Why cant I use the buy now on Godaddy?

    I tried to buy a domain on the closedout auction of godaddy..former tdnam.com

    i tried the buy now..but it says "Error: You are prohibited from bidding."

    I'm trying to do the same and get the same error. I have no idea what is wrong. Does anyone have an idea?

    i already know the answer..

    you should pay first the membership fee on tdnam which costs about 4$

    Thanks, I already figured it out a few hours after my posting.

    Godaddy could include more information though... the only thing it says is error you can't bid. No information why and what can be done about it.

    Luckily enough I have still managed to snag that PR3 domain for $5. :p

    I forgot where exactly it's located, but you have to log in to your godaddy account and work your way from there. It took me around 10 minutes to find that link though...

    Yeah I went through this too a while back. GoDaddy can be a pain to navigate. They have so many pages, tools, and sections that it's very easy to get mixed up by everything. I think they need a more simplistic approach, but what do I know, they're only #1.
