Honestly, I have and haven't had any time to spend on this site. The forums are completely run by volunteers.

Literally no work is needed, but this site would be worth more to someone who spent some time on it. The site's community deserve better than what time I've been devoting to it.

No Proof of Traffic Nor Stats?

 

Will you post some proof of stats for this site amd also any revenue screnshots also? Also, how much is hosting for this site?

Here's the revenue breakdown:

Google (Main Site) - $50 / month
YPN (Forums) - $20 / month
Standard CPM Ads (Right Media) - $20 / month
Pops - $20 / month (pulled them a month ago because I was going to test a different network, never got around to it)
Email promotions - 30-100/month (I rounded) Theres almost 5,000 members so you can make quite a bit from selling email and newsletter ads.

You could really make some cash from paid links though, bigtime. People really click the links on the right side on the main site. I was lazy and just stuck a google sitelinks thing there but you could make a ton by substituting them with some paid links.

Really, anyone with the time could make a killing from this site. The design (for whatever reason) has some HIGH cpm rates and I really never do anything with the site. Can't say I visit it more than once every few months. A little tlc and tweaking of the ad placements could be big.

Also, the users will be really happy when this sells. They've been begging for an active admin for a long time. I'm big into communities and forums and I really hate that I dont have time for this awesome community. They deserve better
