Has anyone experienced this - my DD failed on 10-15 (along with many other people's). I checked my bank and it really didn't get there.
So I email one of their customer service peeps who just gives me the same old auto-generated email that they had communications problems and I should have my money.
I don't. And I don't have a check for that period.
I tried emailing them again like 10 times but NOTHING.
Any advice? I'm in the UK so it's kind of tricky.
