I am selling a music and movie website bollymp3.co.in at very less price because I need money for my new website.
Traffic-
It gets 3k+ daily unique visitors + growing daily. Website got average of 2.5k daily visitors last month and will keep on growing as the time goes. I can provide the full proof of traffic from Google Analytics. The website ranks on top 5 of google for more then 200-300 keywords. Website ranks of NO. 3 of google.com and google.co.in for keyword 'Hindi MP3' and Rank 1 for keyoword 'Miley Jab Hum Tum', rank 1 or 2 for 'Download Hindi MP3' , The ranking will keep on growing as only few days back I ordered plenty of Authority reviews and backlinks.
Pagerank-
Nowadays Page rank doesn't matter to traffic still I got PR2 Genuinely without any links sales and all. But recently I bought few links to push Page rank to 4 which will be updated next update.
Backlinks-
The website has 90% of backlinks from High Quality and related websites and blogs because I don't believe in Junk Blogs and links just to get page rank. All the links are within content that is blog posts and reviews. I've spent more then 1.5k on promoting this website and hence you can guess the future of this website.
Revenue-
The website was monetized by adsense and I was earning 15$ a day withou tmuch use of keyowrds and proper techniques. Adsense disabled my website due to copyrighted media (MP3 Files) hosted on my website. I have removed all copyrighted stuff now. Currently I am using Adbrite and other networks to test the results.
How to maintain-
You will get free hosting with this website till February 2009. It is hosted at Ipower which is providing consistent performance. Website runs on Wordpress using plenty of plugins to make the work easy. All you have to do is to when ever some new music releases you have to point users to the website giving the download by posting a new post. I will provide full info on how to maintain website and also just for estimate you require 1-2 Hours a week to maintain the website if you have general Internet, FTP, Webmaster's knowledge.
Why I am Selling-
I am 11Th standard student and I have plenty to study. My parents have asked me to stop working on computers and start studies hence I have to sell website because I don't want to stop such a great website. Also I don't have knowledge about other programs except adsense. And if I sell it you can re apply to adsense to get it approved if you like adsense more then other CPM networks.

Well, if you have read the full details you can guess the price of this website to quite high. According to current revenue and future of this website I was not expecting offers less then 3k$ for this website.
Recently I got a offer of 2.5K$ but I denied it because I didn't want to sell it cheap.
