[WTS] "Preppy" Wordpress Blog lots of potential!!!

Looking to sell soon, but not absolutely imperative so if I like the bid I'll sell, if not I'll just keep the site.
Traffic: about 8 views a day but site is only 5 days old... already about $1.00 with adsense. Domain is over a month old and was submitted to google then.

Great domain and good wordpress theme. The adsense has a good color scheme to go with the site to encourage clicks.

Easily generated content. Very easy to rank for keywords. I have a nearly identical site that it in the top million in alexa just from 200 directory submissions, and 6x 30 second articles. And it was created on the same day, i just put more time, and that $6 into it. Right now that site is worth at least $200, and this one can be too with a little work! Yahoo answer postings are a great way to get traffic for these sites.

Selling because I need a little cash now, and though I have the time to work on this site, Adsense doesn't pay quick enough for me...
