    did you call them?

Can you access your domains or hosting?

Sometimes they ask you to send them a copy of your ID then they unblock the account.

Best possible option is to mail them or call them right now.
and provide them all your documents, it will get resolved and restored.
Good luck mate, hope you get back you account.

You actually got your answer, mainhoondon:

Translation: email a scanned copy of your government-issued ID like a driver's
license and a request to reinstate your account. They just want to verify the
order as being possibly legitimate, given they've had lots of fraud purchases.

Oh, and make sure its address matches that of the billing address of the form
of payment used. Unless you used PayPal?

Nick name? old address? that means you don't have anything to prove them,
i would say forget about it, and you lucky that at least you have only 1 domain in that account.

Its payment issue. Godaddy have very simple payment process. Your payment the treat as abuse... better use another method to to pay they will accept. They are very strict on it bcz are in US

So, the solution is sending them a copy of your ID proof and call them up explaining your problem :)

"Thank you for providing the requested documentation. We have notated your account regarding the completed verification.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to doing business with you. Please contact Customer Support if you need any assistance in the future.

    Sincerely,

Should i call them?Or i should sent them another mail to asistant?
And last question, should i send a copy of ID for each buying domain name?thanks a lot.

GoDaddy has great customer service but the WORST prices for their hosting. I live in Arizona where they are based and I am telling you I wouldn't do any hosting with them. I have a horror story to tell about how my account got suspended for a script malfunction that wasn't even my fault. And it was a high dollar (40 bucks a month) account!

I went to BlueHost. Nicest people and 24 hour PHONE tech service! Yeah, they are level one techs (they don't speak real "server-speak") but they are so damn accommodating! Take it from a pro... Stay away from GoDaddy! Buy domains names there if you must, but the rest? Forget it.

I had one friend who asked me to admin his little music page hosted on GoDaddy. They were charging this guy 129 bucks a month for shopping carts and security certificates, gateways and all kinds of crap the poor guy didn't even need or know how to use. He just wanted to post a couple of MP3's... And GoDaddy will NOT let you post even ONE MP3 on shared hosting! You have to buy a DEDICATED server to post one single MP3! Seriously!

I get very very bad experienced with Godaddy.

I setup an account with Godday 3 days ago and try to setup my business website. ( it is about LED lighting products). I try to login again I found Godday locked my account because i use VPN. It can't open Goddy website in China.
It is about Locked my business, I tried send many time email to , but they do follow my information (ID card and Payment information) very slowly. and finally they send me a mail locked my account for permanently.

After, they also don't want get my money back (43.63 USD), I really feel disappointment with Godday, it is my first try and it is last time.

Hope they keep my money to buy some dog food for them to eat as dessert.

    Below they mail to me.
