I'm cleaning out and consolidating my sites. First ones to go are going to be my proxy sites and my server could really use the break. I've owned Satan Proxy for over 6 months now so the site isnt brand new thats for sure. Unfortunatly i've had to move to many different servers over the months because of my search for a decent VPS and I dont have traffic stats from the past months and dont have revenue stats. Currently the site is monetized with YPN the ctr hasn't been all that great so far I think primarily because the load times are slow and my server has been majorly bogged down (another reason for me selling) If you get this site on a fast server with lots of bandwidth im sure the CTR will go right up. Satan Proxy is using a modified version of PHProxy its got a DHTML drop down menu for the proxy settings config ,and it has rotating 468X60 banners on the proxied pages. You could easily sell banner and text links space on this site.

yea its majorly bogged down I keep having to reset apache its probably something that I could fix If I had the time...please try again.

how much bandwidth does it need?

 

it needs quite a bit of bandwidth at least 10gb a month. once again this is something that can probbably helped out with blocking abusers, and using
.htaccess

 

10gb isn't very much, and the site isn't working for me either.

 

yea im working on trying to beef up the server until I sell this try it again if it times out....I might just disable the proxy temporarily but still have it load the page.

Yes is made quite a good chunk of change I just lost the stats...
