I'm the proud founder of xcodetuts.com, and as you can see i'm selling it.

What is XCODETUTS.COM?
xcodetuts.com is a high quality tutorial website. The tutorials are about web development like, HTLM, CSS, Javascript etc.etc.. and webdesign.

I launched the website 19 Aug 2008, and have been adding tutorials since that day. The tutorials on the website are really high quality, i have written them so everybody can understand them and explained everything in great detail. Almost all tutorials have a 5/5 rating on the tutorial indexing websites and i have received great feedback.

The website has its own unique design made by me, and i developed it for the well known Wordpress blog system.

Advertising

As you can see there is some advertising on the website:

1. You can buy a ad on buysellads.com and it gets listed on the website.
2. I added Google ads on the website 3 days ago.

Unfortunately nobody has bought any ads via buysellads.com, how ever i did receive $5 worth of clicks on the Google Ads in those 3 days.

I myself spended $50 on advertising on websites like good-tutorials.com

As you can see the hits have been going up since the launch
I'm very happy allot of people like the website and check back at daily basis.

It has a PageRank 1, and a Alexa rank of 435,554!!!

Why oh why?

You might wonder why i'm selling this website while it has a great potential.
Well to tell you the truth My school started again, i don't have allot of time to write tutorials, and i could use the money.

Price?
The website has cost me allot of time and effort.
Each tutorial took me about 2 hours to write and setup the demo's and files.
I haven't track time, on how much time i spended on making the website known, but i can assure you, it were allot of hours.

That's why the B.I.N is $750, and starting bid starts at $600 bid increase $10 min.
