What's the Difference Between Premier and Business Account?

    Hi there,

    I want to know that what's the difference between PayPal Premier and Business accounts.

    Secondly, why PayPal asks for "Shipping Information" we just provide online services and don't sell any physical goods.

    Looking for help.

    Both the Premier and Business Paypal account allows you to sell. The main difference is that the Business account is for registered businesses or incorporated companies to sign up and the Premier account is for private individual who does not have or operate a registered business or incorporate company.

    As you know, Paypal core speciality is dealing with physical product sales and thus the default has the shipping address. It however allows you to sell services and virtual items in which you have no protection. Actually it might not be a bad reason to require a shipping address so that it can help you in your due diligence process with your customer, ie be able to check if the buyer is for real.
