    you don't have 8000uniques a day. word press stats are inaccurate. I receive 5000 uniques a day and my alexa rank is under 30k

    Earnings are slightly lower this month due to downtime we received for the past 3 weeks. I will guarantee revenue for at least 2 months after sale, if site does not do as stated I will refund your payment.

    I really want this page to do well, as I have spent 2 months designing it and promoting it. I am looking for a webmaster who can really improve on it and take it to the next level.

    In that case, your $300/month revenue is not all that accurate due to a drop. What is your site CURRENTLY making? A site is sold based on what's it is currently, not what it was months ago.

    At the moment the site is making around $150, Revenue will continue to rise as our traffic stabilizes, I am willing to negotiate a reasonable price due to the drop.
