i agree i did not answered your pm, the reason for this is i did not checked them all thoroughly......
i m in talks with many people for many different things, i do logos here, sell traffic, templates etc and i get many pms, i check them and reply to those who r imidiate transfering of a domain is not a such a big issue for me....
Another thing its Diwali time here in India and it's like christmas time for us so i am logged in for very less time here in last couple of days.......
You should have atleast waited for my reply, u sent 3 pms i a single day and this negative itrader, what if someone is not able to loggin for a day?
this does not mean its the end, u gave me a time period of 8 hours? wat only 8 hours? u should have at least said for 24 hours............

 

A transaction is a transaction, it is not of my concern how busy you are or how competent or incomtetent you are at checking your pm messages etc.

Over at least a week you have been given ample opportunity to pay for this transaction, that is the point.

If you are not sure whether you want a domain or not, really you shouldn't go around posting on people's sales threads and then not carrying through with your offer and/or bid price.

The half dozen communications sent to you, via pm and here in this thread have all been exceptionally polite and I just think that it is a shame that it has taken a negative iTrader to be left for you, to shock you in to making at least a reply here, and further by your own admittance, you have stated that you did not reply to me, which simply proves the point.

I cannot help you if you do not help the situation by ignoring all correspondence!

The whole purpose of the iTrader system is that it is there to be used when other users do not follow through on their transactions or communicate on a deal that they have made. It is to be used as a last resort and having waited about a week, this I felt in this situation was an appropriate course of action.

As it happens, you are still refusing to honor your offer price and whether this is $5.00 or $5000 is of little consequence, it's the principle that matters.

To date I have still not received a cent from you.
