Webmaster Central took date of site visited

Have u guys noticed that now in webmaster central the date is not displayed of the last time google came to search the site? it only shows that it has come to index.....

Any feedback on this and how we can get to turn back the date on?

 

I don't know if it is possible to get the date back. I guess google have removed that feature. I also think that google should bring back the last time visited date.

 

If you look at your crawl stats, you can see a graph of when/how much your site was crawled. It doesn't give exact dates, but you can certainly eyeball when it was crawled last - within a couple of days, anyway.

 

Google shows the date of crawl but not for all the sites. Sure, this is still in beta variant.

 

That crawl date was never accurate anyway. Analytics are a better way to track it.

 

I use awstats on my cpanel to see when the bot last visited

 

That date was not correct. It used to give an older value than the true one.
