Siteswish is a new tool for easily creating custom websites and landing pages, just launched yesterday. It has an entirely visual interface, and the user is in complete control of the design—no templates involved. We're kickstarting our affiliate program right here, right now. For the moment, anyone can join. Everyone gets a 30% commission rate. You will be sent an email for each sale originating from your website. Each month's earnings will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of month end. We'll see how it goes, if we get too many spammers, etc, we'll be more selective about who we allow to join. And spammers will be dealt with quickly, so please don't even think about it. This is a very open program: No restrictions on PPC marketing (other than on the domain names you can register for landing pages, see below). You can link to our online demo, slide presentation, and download badge directly from your site. You can directly link to our PayPal payment page, and have the customer purchase without having to visit our site first. CONDITIONS: No spamming No misleading advertising No registering domain names similar to siteswish.com, or containing the word "siteswish" (We need to protect our trademark for it to have any legal status.) No pretending you are an employee of Siteswish, or have any special relationship with us, other than that you are an Affiliate. We may ask you to work with us and make some changes to your website or landing page, if we feel its not representing us well. No fraudulent activity Each month's earnings will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of month end We may subtract the commission amount for any refund we give from your current pending commissions. You agree not to hold us liable for any damage done if our server goes down. Of course we'll strive to get it back up ASAP (downtime costs us money too!). In the event of serious downtime, we may choose to compensate lost referrals, but this is entirely at our discretion. Our affiliate program is handled by e-junkie. You agree not to hold us liable if they have downtime, or tracking errors. We may try to warn you for any small violations of the above, but we do reserve the right to cancel any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. For serious violations, we may cancel some or all of your pending commissions. Your account will be terminated immediately and without warning, and you will forfeit all pending commissions, should you promote Siteswish via any unsolicited email. Without limitation, Siteswish will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, cost, expense or other claim (including consequential, directly, indirect, special, punitive or other damages and loss of data or profits) in relation to this Affiliate program. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed This agreement is made in Japan and shall be construed and enforced solely in accordance with Japanese law. Should any dispute arise out of or in connection with this agreement, the Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction. (Yes, we're based in Japan.)
