I purchased this site from the creator in October of 2007 for $150. It should be considered turnkey. I have done no advertising for this site at all. I put adsense on it when I purchased it to dress it up. I purchased this site with good intentions but have no time for my sites anymore so I'm selling them off one by one.

There is no reserve price. If minimum Bid is all there is, you will get it.

Since November 16, 2007 to today the total earnings from adsense is $10.58

Domain Name and Hosting have been paid for until 10/2008

Transfer of the site to your server by me is included in the sale. You must renew the domain which will expire on 10/16/2008

In regards to traffic info, I do not have a statcounter on the site. This site should be considered turnkey. I did not advertise this site. All I did was place a link to it on other sites I own.

With that said, I am going to check with my host to see if I can get some stats for it. Thanks for the interest.

What about the $ to maintain the script ? Do you need license ? How about adding new games ?

Do have these at least before selling the site. If theres no traffic just admit that theres no traffic, so that the buyers know.

There is no license needed. You should be able to add games from the admin panel though I never tried it.

Also, the hosting cost me $140.88 for the year and then there is the expense of renewing the domain.

Hosting expires 10/26/2008 and the Domain expires 10/16/2008

Again, I purchased this site and did nothing with it. I own other sites and never got around to this one. I need to unload some sites which is why I'm letting this go. I just threw adsense on it and left it alone.

Like I said before I will transfer the site to the new owner as well. Let me know if you have any more questions.
