3 Sites For Sale , With Rev Over 1 Year Old!

Due to the last time i tryed to sell this network of sites , and nearly getting scammed I am gonna try and sell the network of 3 websites again, as i am looking at starting a new project and need the funds.

The first site is www.allnukestuff.com , its been up since 10th march 2007, i started this site as i was a big php-nuke user and wanted to give php-nuke users a place to get all there downloads and installs all in one place.
After a few months i decided to add some webmaster downloads onto the site, from the 10th of march to july this year it has brought over 3500+ user onto the site, the site also has some custom pages i made like the making money, webmaster tools, and link to us, that you can see from going onto the site.
It also has a load of modules installed from arcade, toplist and more.
The site has about 20 mixed downloads from blocks, modules, themes that was made for allnukestuff.com that has been added to the downloads section for all members to download and use, most of them have a copyright that links back to the site.

Vbulletin Owned licence is included and has just been renewed for anther YEAR!

The second website of this network is www.allnukestuffstore.com , its is a online store selling digital products online, from ebooks, scripts, turnkeys, databases and more , comes with a nice easy backend admin area, for you to edit prices , send emails and add new downloads.
Every product is sent instantly to the buyer after payment , no need to send files as it dos it all on its own.
The site has a Membership section where people can buy all the files in one small membership fee, after they have brought it , they will be sent the login info to the membership section.

The script it uses , is a great script for a online digital store.

Since 07 July the site has made a lot more sales and rev , due to not having the time to get it all ready woth updated rev and sales , you will have to make due with the sales and rev from 10th March 07 to July 08, but you can see how much money can be made if in the right hands.

what is the reserve? why don't you just make the auction start at your reserve price?

 

Because i mite lower the reserve at a later date, i have a reserve of what i would like to get , but starting the bid lower gets the bidding started.

About how much time do you spend on the site? Great Looking Sites!

 

Only spent a little , like for domain names, vbulletin, store script, and around $30 for all the products on the ANS-Store.

I have not spent 1 cent on promotion or anythink like that.

It did start out on PHPnuke software , then thought it would be a good idea to add webmaster stuff in the downloads as well , i changed to Vbulletin due to the holes in the PHPnuke software and the because it is more SEO freindly.
