Ok.. Ill start with saying that I know I should not trust every one online but I just try to help as much as I can..

Here is what happened, I saw one guy asking to barrow $23 and I didnt hesitate at all since i had lent money here on DP before and there was no problem at all. This guy was going to pay me back within couple days. Now it has passed like months and he stopped to respond to my PMs, PLUS he first got one mod to close the thread where the mod explained it by saying that it was not allowed to barrow money here on DP, have I missed that sticky announcement or what, can someone please show me where it is? Now on top of it the thread he started is also deleted. I assume there is a moderator that is his friend, Im sorry to say this but thats how it looks like.

The guy Is http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=25028 and I invite him to this thread and discus whats going on..... Im not accusing him of anything I just want to know whats happening....

Hahaha.... No thats not me, if he replayed back and said "I cant pay, please give me 2 more months" I would say of course take your time. I just dont like when he doesnt reply to my PMs and now got a moderator to delete his threads.

digitalpoint50 Even if he doesnt return the money ill not see this as a scam, it will be content worth $23 for www.badmembers.com with PayPal ID an all conversations via PMs and so on, expensive but NOT a scam :)

I m sorry to hear that, I don't think calling the police will help.
I m that way I gave so much money away when I was making tons of it, then one day I lost most of what i had, I asked the people I was helping before to help me none of them did.
People owe me thousand of dollars and no one seems to be willing to pay.
I owe people money, I owe back taxes and cannot get any help.
I m about to lose my business and my house.
I f I didn't loan money to no one before i wouldn't be in this predicament.
What I suggest is that everyone that feels bad for you here on DP will send you couple dollars to help you get some of the money you lost because of this guy.
Thank you for taking the time to read this

Thanks sawz, how the heck did I mis that, i think i even read all those things when I become member here on DP.. oh well...

Yea might look like that but that is not the case, as i said this thread is to invite him to here and hear his side of the story, and to see if there is others that lent him during that time to..

rhoula: Thanks for your offer but thats not necessary, my economy is good and i would never do a big deal for 23 bucks, im just disappointed since he is a old member of DP with good itrades and all that, he should be i model for us newbies here..

Lesson learned, never lend money on a forum unless you have met this person in person and believe that they have the ability to pay you back. Also, always ask for collateral; have them transfer some domains to you, etc.

Never lend people money... That's all I got to say... But, I still think that's messed up. If someone took money from me I would get tight...
