Automatic Directory Submission

Its finally here and is officially launched! This software/script has been tested over the last month with great reviews and everyone that used it can definetly say that it works like a charm.

You can follow some of the discussion on these forums here.

Currently there are 265 directories in our database that you can submit to in just minutes. These submissions are the exact same thing as doing it manually but cheaper and faster. I say its the same thing as manually because all the manual work was already done. Each individual directory had all of its categories mapped out already so when you submit it your site it knows exactly where to put your listing on each directory. You cant go wrong.

As for price you cant beat it. For a manual directory submission you will pay double the price you pay for a months membership at layzseo. This will also allow you to submit as many sites as you have during the whole month! If you were to pay for manual submission for each site you are looking at some serious cash. But at $19.95 a month for the subscription, this IS your best option. :)

You can find more information on the site at www.lazyseo.com or if you have been following the site and just waiting for it to open its doors then you can jump to the registration found here.

Also now that the official launch is out of the way we will be really busy on adding new directories to the database.

If you have any questions on how this works please let me know.

One question about adding new directories - is there any way you guys could log which submissions have already been completed and which errored out (or do you already do this?) I don't mean create a log that I can download, rather, store the logs online so that I can quickly see to which search engines I still need to submit a site to?

Yes logs are kept for every submission. For instance who submitted what site and to where and what happened. The logs are checked to ensure all directories that are being submitted to are still going though.

You also get a log that you can view after your submissions so you know what you submitted to.

    Does that answer your question?

    Aaron,

Not quite - I'll save my question though until I try out the service. I purchased the standalone product, waiting for my username and password to try the server.

So far, I like the product - easy to use and seems to work fairly well. Looking forward to seeing what the results are.

Just so everyone knows. This error was caused by our log file not having write permissions because we turned it off while testing to save disk space. All is fixed now. :)

Would also like to thank all of you that signed up so far and your feedback is appreciated.

Also I will be making a testimonial page in the next few days. If you would like to write one up I will give you a backlink in the testimonial. :)

I've just subscribed and it works well. You can have a couple of different anchors and descriptions which is cool.

Just make sure you submit to the right category. I submitted a sports related site to a travel cat, so that'll probably get rejected... Just to add, this was user error and nothing to do with the service.

Another idea would be to somehow date when directories are added. So if I did a submission today, I could come back in a month and only submit to directories that are added since then.

For Personal Use Only! You are not authorized to sell directory submissions to anyone. Members caught submitting sites that do not belong to them will be suspended without refund. All submissions are logged and your personal information will be matched with the site that was submitted.

What if all my websites are registered through proxy service, thus the only info you'll get is proxy registar information? Say I have dozens of such sites... am I going to pay 20$ and then denied access?

No you will be fine. Obvious members caught breaking this rule will be suspended. I completely understand the situation you are in and others have.

If are not breaking those rules then you have nothing to fear. :)

How many different sets of anchor text and description can we use when submitting each site?

Also what about the concern of someone like google detecting linking patterns. I think it is likely if you have hundreds of sites all getting links from the same 250 sites, itis going to eventually set of alarm bells... ultimately causing problems down the road.

How soon until more directories are going to be added to the list?

    3 sets of titles/descriptions.

I highly doubt any linking patterns would be noticed. Most the directories are from popular directory lists to begin with and get tons of submissions.

The directory list is going to be updated frequently. Cant say for sure when the first one will be but its not going to be weeks inbetween updates. It takes about 30-45 minutes to add 1 directory. Should be able to add 1 a day. But I cant promise anything yet. :)

    Very interesting product.

Here is my suggestion. Categorize the directories by types of sites they accept.

For example: All sites, Affiliate sites, Gambling sites.

have a little check box or somthing to choose which directories to submit to depending on the type of site being submitted.

I have some sites that are really just affiliate sites. About 25% of directories i come accross do not allow sites with mostly aff links (I always take a quick scan of submission guidelines to check for this). Using lazyseo i may be un-nessesariliy spaming my submission to a directory that is likely to decline my submission. A directory i would have personaly held off from submitting that site to. Dont want to waste the reviewers time when i know the site is not likely to be approved. Especially if i am submitting other sites to them that should get approved.

That is a great idea and I think it can be done pretty easily. Only problem I would see is how long it will take to go through all of them and get that info so it could take awhile to implement. But its something I definetly see it being a great addon for the site.

    Thanks again.
