Okay, let me tell you a story. The this week was one of my worst weeks since I started. I was sending record amounts of traffic to CB and it just wasn't converting. Day one with no sales, day 2 and day 3,,, than on to day 4. Me, I'm just sitting there with my thumb up my ass. What the hell can one guy do? I'm doing everything right. I'm fulfilling my side of the deal. It's clickbanks job to process the transactions. So, I broke down and decided to email CB support. I made it very clear that I was pissed off, wanted them to look into my account and not reply with some stupid template email about how I should check my links. Well, I got a reply back later in the day stating that I was sending a pile of hits to the site, so my links were probably fine (DAH!). They suggest I change my ad campaign (I don't even do adwords). Not very encouraging. But get this, 6 minutes after I get the reply back from clickbank, I get a sale. Than a few hours later, another sale. You be the judge: Did clickbank fix my problem or was this just a magical coincidence?
It happened to me as well (without the emails). After almost three dry weeks, I suddenly get two sales on the same day. Very weird. nadavs
We guys must try some clickbank alternative like paydotcom.unfortunately paydotcom don't have quality product like clickbank. Click bank is not showing us every transaction happened and thats very sad..
Its happening to me too its almost 6 days that i had made a sale. I will email them lets see what will going to change.
I bum and I use keyword elite. I am very consistent in my sales then when all this crap started happening my sales zeroed out. I publish to ezine as a platinum author on a regular basis, same amount of clicks, no sales.... Maybe Clickbank are shaving sales from us. Like they are cutting us out or something like greedy little weasels! Or maybe they are still fixing up their system. We need an insider here to infiltrate CB headquarters. Anyone volunteer?
I dunno about you guys but I have had broke my records past 3 days in a row. Its probably the economy affecting certain niches.
Yes indeed you are not imagining it, every time my sales seem to have problems (major gaps with no sales) with getting commission, email them and complain and guess what the same day very often get a sale - this has happened frequently to me, even opened a new clickbank account several times, to try to reset things. could they be holding back, stopping some affiliates getting commission? it is now happening for not just weeks at a time but months !!
I don't think it's random. The two weeks before this pay period were my best ever and the new pay period starts and I just get zeros, all week. Complain and 6 minutes after I get a response I get a sale and another in a few hours. I've taken a lot of statistic and probability courses in university, and I wouldn't use the term random to describe that.
Very inconsistent here too.. I dont' know what's going on... one day I'll make 130$ , another day I'll make 60$... then another day 0$.. I'm shocked at the incosistency. It's been like this for the past couple of weeks, I had consistent revenue before that.
I've had the worst week of sales in my life in this pay period. I hit almost $500 last pay period, then all of a sudden, BAM! I got one sale - JUST ONE! I was sending some of the best traffic to the products as well. I might send an e-mail their way too......
I don't buy into the conspiracy theory. When your sales are double what you usually get, how do you label that? No one's screaming, Clickbank's giving me more sales than I deserve! It's just a good day. Post the niche you guys are promoting, don't have to post product name. You could all be getting hit by economic downturn. My sales have been up every week for last 5 weeks. US sales are down for me, but overseas sales have doubled.
One thing I have noticed is I am getting 1-2 conversions on adwords that never show up at clickbank. Hows that possible?
There have been posts from people who have has similar problems and tried buying through their own link to test it and didn't great credit for it. Now that's messed up.
