    The domain was purchased over 2 years ago with no content until about 6 months ago. Target traffic is Wordpress and social networking. The site has major potential for high revenue. The site has no visible Adsence ads but im sure it would gain a good profit. The site gets major traffic from Wordpress users an myspacers. If you need any more information feel free to ask. I don't use Google Analytics, sorry. The site has a great name in the wordpress community and has been featured on some of the top wordpress sites including WP-Magazine and We Love WP. I honestly think that the site has could make much more money with a more money driven person, Since this is my side project i just don't have the time to put into it.

    Why would you think that? Sites that don't have near the stats this one does sell for just under tis all the time on here and other places. The site is very easily worth 10k depending on what the buyer wants to do with it. the site already has a great start and plenty of potential. Just because you wouldn't pay 10k don't mean it isn't worth that.

    Yea i agree. Plus the $40 does keep a lot of the crap sites out that seem to be here. I have seen a few big ones sale here though..... A few, haha

    I don't believe Logan was stating nor implying that they believed the site was making $10k / month revenue. I believe they were stated they don't believe the site would sell for $10k, then asked the question: "What is the monthly rev?"

    As i stated above the rev isnt much becouse i dont put the time in it or have adsence in the correct place since there almost hidden period. The site is worth 10k becouse of the stats it carries and is still gaining, any site with these stats can make good very good rev, you just got to want it, i dont have the time, its why im selling. please if your not serious about buying dont comment, there are plenty of $50 sites for sale some of you can go ruin the threds on those.

    Seems to me you have a good chance on possibly making a decent amount of money on it. Gets nice thoroughfare, good possibility for advertisements. Assuming full access of the theme etc is included in the price, assuming someone had the money to blow it could prove to be a rather nice investment.

    But I'm not that person. $10k is a bit for a site, but considering what you are getting, all that standing it is tempting... might you take best offer? :)

    I'll admit it's out of my range right now for a site, but the rankings and potential of the site... almost enough to jump the gun and make an offer (though not in that range).

    Just out of curiosity, why do you have adsense so hidden if you get high traffic?

    I dont like ads at all, they kill the look of a site to me. This was also a side progect and not my source of income but more of a persanal site so making money through adsence wassnt what i set out to do. Just my main job as started getting more busy and with a 6 month old child in my life now i just dont have the time to do anything on it. Thanks for the questions and i hope this answers them :)
