Blackhat Money Making -blog! High Alexa rank! Over 100 subscribers!

I'm selling my blackhat money making blog, http://BlackhatWay.com, because I'm going to all new markets and need to get rid of all my websites. I feel sad for leaving BHW though. :/

Even though the name says "blackhat", it's also a lot of non-blackhat stuff. My readers are confortable with me writing general stuff about blogging, making money, mmo news etc. So you can either post blackhat or something else!

Most of the traffic comes from USA.

Subscribers:

Subscribers are the main number websites are rated by. And we have plenty of those!
Currently 116 of those! So at least 116 people read each of your posts!
And the count is going up all the time!


Other stuff:

Our Alexa-rank is currently 246,232, and it's going down all the time! Just a while ago, we were in the top 3 million, now we are in the top 300k!

Our pr is still 0. It might get better on the next pr update. Our blog is do-follow, so that might have something to do with it. Do-follow can be turned off by deactivating the do-follow plugin.

Our Technorati-rank is 273,023

I hope that the new owner won't let the blog go down. If I don't get a buyer, I will continue updating it. I just would like to have all the possible time/funds for my new projects.
