There isn't a CPU ceiling, but if you have a server load of above 5-10 consistently (this is effectively the limit), then we will make suggestions as to what to do. We check things in advance, such as number of connections per IP and other adverse external factors - as a lot of the time, it isn't your fault. The average specification is a Quad Core Opteron (4 x 2.2Ghz) or Xeon (4 x 2.4Ghz), with all the normal extras you will expect (100Mbits ports). Each node has 4GB of Ram. We don't promise to have 16GB of Ram on Quad Quad core machines, but we do promise excellent support and no-overselling as we don't have to cram 50+ VPS's per machine to recover costs. Each hardware node is limited to 10-12 VPS's. Thanks, but I hope you're not just trying to increase your post count
Just a last question, What's your support ticket response time (average) and do you include this on your SLA? What would be the port speed for this VPS?
If submitted 7am - 11pm (GMT) the response time will be ~ 30 minutes. Outside this time is average of an hour. A 12 hour guaranteed reponse is detailed in the SLA. Each VPSÂ is connected to the shared public port at 100Mbit/s. The average throughput of the current nodes is 3.28 Mbit/s, bursting to 20 Mbit/s twice within the last 7 days.
