There are some delays in email delivery but I talked with Joe tech guys to make sure everything will go out as planned. Emails will be delivered, but as of now you can expect some delays in current campaigns.
We're actually very happy with the results from the list and decided to buy the entire list for future campaigns. Good stuff guys!

I was about to buy a month. When I stated I would not be ready to buy for about 20 days, I got the old "buy now.. the price may go up". So, I questioned this aspect and was very professional. What I got from this Joe person was an angry retort. Now, you all do not know me, but I thought it was only fair to report this since I am a business person just like anyone. This email list and Joe may be wonderful, but be wary. Anyone that simply conducts themselves in such a manner needs to at the very least be taken lightly. Now, I am betting that, depending on what you have to offer, Joe may be a wonderful person and have a great service here. My comments are directed to his lack of professionalism. If anyone, Joe included, wishes to flame me or whatever for airing my opinions, you may do so, but it is my professional opinion that he is not worthy of my business. As I stated, I was still going to buy 1 month from him, but I would rather try my hand at another company. Joe, however, will state that he had money stolen from him from other companies and that they are not reliable, but he is. My answer to that is, if he can be as "angry" and "emotional" in his responses to me, then he may very well be the root of the problem with the other company. Just be wary. Ask questions. Understand you are very fortunate if you get a high RoI on an email campaign and avenues like Google AdWords might be better places for you. Also, diminishing returns may not warrant $1100 for a 1 year agreement on the exact same 450k email addresses. Thanks, and sorry for the longevity of the post. jrb
Interesting. 1 Post, and this is what you have to say? I personally have emailed part of his list, and had great results, even for a niche campaign (see my signature) which do not always fare to well with non niche targeted audiences. I can also say, that Joe, is very trustworthy, has been very professional, in all our dealings, and fail to see what a NON paying poster can say about that. Because he is protecting his list, he cannot gaurantee any price for 20 days. By then the 'remailing' slots could be filled. As far as I am concerned, in the interest of the email address owners, and potential list buyers/renters that is very professional. Thanks Joe. Read what another paying customer says here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=1080271&highlight=Recommended#post1063232 Shane
So, being that I was sent this link as "proof" of his business, that is how I came to see these forums. Because I am not a paying customer, that makes my statement less valid? How does that work? I lose no money in this transaction. I have stated I was also going to purchase a 1-month setup and I did not in any way state that he had no right to change the price. If you read the post one more time, you will see that what I did was post my opinion of the transactional history depicted in the thread that "Joe" sent me. Again, I think he is a nice guy in real life I am sure. He was especially polite to me right up to the time I said I would buy but that I would not be doing so for 20ish days. Did I attack his ability to change the price then? No, I did not. I simply replied that if the price went up, I would probably not buy, but I thanked him for his time. He had the right to tell me he might raise the price, I had the right to state that I would not buy if that price went up. What I discuss is the fact his replies after that point became, in my mind, hostile. These emails even went so far as to copy me on some sort of email which I did not see until later today, that was where he had an altercation or two with another agency just like his. Now, all that aside, I think his email service is valid. I stated as much before. I think it is a great value, I stated that as well. As a consumer, I want the whole picture because you see a price quote that involves more than 1 month and if you are going to pay someone for a 1-year commitment, up front which is what he asks, you want to know a little bit about the person you are expecting to not disappear 6 months down the road. That is not only prudent, but it is my right, since the only way I found out about this was through this site and one other. If you cannot take feedback on someone that sold you a good product but may have not been as good to someone else, then perhaps, again, I am not the problem. Have a nice day. I wish you all well in whatever endeavor you choose. As always, look at all aspects of a deal and if it smells too good to be true, it probably is. As for Joe, Joe has a wonderful thing going and I bet he may lose me as a client, but he gains a lot of knowledge that he will carry to the next one down the road. That, folks, is what we call business.
I have to say Joepan is a great person to deal with.. I mean keep in mind he is selling this and of course wants to push you to buy more... one thing you have to be weary of is using AIM or internet sometimes things come off as brash or angry even when they aren't (not defending just stating a fact) I signed up for email send out with Joepan... right when the surver issues occurred... so in turn he is resending out my offer no problems. Will let yall know in a few days the results.
