keywords for sale, good sites?

I've seen quite a few sites selling high paying adsense keywords, but I'm really not sure which sites to trust.

Has anyone here purchased from one of these sites, and actually gotten any keywords that pay atleast $3-5+/click?

Guys, sign up for an adwords account and use the traffic tool. You can roughly estimate the average payout of each keyword.

 

Exactly how good are they ... ($/click?)
