I requested a conversion of my PSD to bbpress a week ago. Vineet was

Just finished my second custom job with vineetvrm05 and once again a great job on the wordpress blog.

He had to fix my own bad coding which made it even harder for him and still got it done quickly. You can see it here - Company Name Sucks Blog

 

Good coder, but there are some problems with him to responding to emails, which can be very frustrating if you have outsourced him some work. So: Vineet are you there? I need immediately info from you!

 

Depi - I know it's not much help but I haven't seen him on IM in a couple of days maybe he's taking a New Years Break

 

DeluxeEdition, sure I it was possible, but I don't like if someone suddenly doesn't replies without reason. However Vineet finally replied, and made a good work.

 

After doing the 1st job it is like trying to pull teeth to get him to do anything that he is supposed to do. I have been contacting him to fix some things with the design on my blog and instead he make changes that we never talked about. The last job I paid him to do he did it incorrectly and still have not fixed it. He emailed me numerous times to say "it will be done tonight" AND still nothing. Very unprofessional to tell me that he didn't get around to it because he was working on a "big job" I am not concerned with his other jobs. If I pay for something I expect it to be completed the correct way. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes.
