5 websites for sale 3 PR5 and 2 PR3 no reserve

Hello all,

As you know my place burnt down 2 months ago and between work and the reconstruction - negotiating with the architect, the contractor and sub-contractors. I’ve no spare time to work on my websites – I missed 2 $100 link sales. Also I need additional cash to make modification to the house.
I’m selling 5 sites on eBay, 3 are PR5 and 2 are PR3. I know that these sites are far from perfect so please don’t comment.

As per today, I sell around $400 a month in recurring links through linkworth.com, $200-$300 a month in Adsense (depending on the month) and between $50 to $100 in travel affiliate commissions.

Can you show the adsense rev is for the particular sites you are selling? The adsense results you provided have no specific heading and could be related to any sites

Also can you provide traffic stats for ALL 5 sites, and with specific headings that prove they relate to each site

Are u using both LV and Coop on VP-Travel website ? I think that is against TOS. Anyways, can you tell me your total vaultage/coop from the 5 websites ?

 

I don't have an ebay account and don't want to create one..but I want to bid .. can I bid here? If yes, please take my bid of $2000.

 

As far as I can see there is no proper proof of revenue here. The adsense stats/revenue numbers given in the pm could be for any website, and the stats are not for all the sites, and are not labelled properly. I don't see why people that are selling sites can't respond within 2 days to emails and fail to provide clear revenue and stats figures??

How are we expected to spend that much money(around 2k) without any real/clear concise proof of revenue or stats

Pierre can you please answer the questions and provide concise and clearly marked adsense stats to prove they relate to the websites you are selling. Same with the stats.

Also it is a concern that your websites are loaded with articles that are reproduced all over the net. With google's recent big daddy update it has slammed sites like these. It seems your sites are all in Google's 'supplemental hell' and do not appear anywhere in google. This may explain why the traffic has dropped 90% since march. If you type into google in site: then type in the addresses of each of your websites you will see the supplemental results:
eg site:vp-travel.org

This is not good for future traffic prospects from google, and this needs to be mentioned

Could you please shed some light on this and let us know where your site appears on google for its main keywords, cause i couldn't find any. I would hesitate to bid on these sites if your sites have 'gone supplemental' in google as they could be banned indefinetely

 

Congratulations on achieving $8,606.00 for these sites! I was prepared to go to $6050 but was already outbidded. This just shows that the prices for quality sites are getting higher and higher.

The figures provided do look solid. He did claim that the sites were primarily optimized for Yahoo and the rankings could be verified.

I would be prepared to bid more if I knew anything about the travel business. Anyway best of luck to the new owner.
