un-ban request ... ?

I want to make unban request for my user id : letsjoy

I accept I done mistake please give me 1 chance , in futer no mistake like

As i love DP so I am doing other afterwise after getting banned peoples go to other forums as I am always honest with DP.

And how is he supposed to voice his apology and have the chance to "appeal" the ban if he doesn't make another account? E-mail a mod?

I too am curious about what was done to warrant the ban...

 

I remember the username letsjoy and I also remember some spamming posts.

 

There is ample warning before a ban happens. the time to apologise and ask for guidance help etc was BEFORE the final nail went in the coffin, not after it . This is just my 2c anyhow

 

There is a contact link at the bottom of the forum...He would have also got the reason for his ban (which is private) emailed directly to him.

He knows exactly why he was banned and it is most likely a timed ban (ie expires in x amount of days) anyway so there is no reason to start a thread about it.

Those that get permanent bans are usually either drive by spammers posting unrelated links on their first post or members that have done something so bad, they will never be welcome here again.

 

On my forum, anyone who gets red carded gets their accounts turned off overnight for them to cool down. In our forum guidelines we have a CLEAR grievance procedure that is 100% off the forum. anyone who bypasses this gets banned easy as that.

The moment people post a 'where has my thread gone' or 'why are my posts being edited', they get their accounts suspended without further corespondence.

Forums have rules, and no bugger ever reads them, yet they always complain and ask for forgiveness. THEY can't be arsed to read YOUR rules and guidence notes, yet they expect YOU to spend time sorting out a mess that exists BECAUSE they couldn't be arsed! go figure

 

We don't comment on ban reasons. They are already explanined in the Rules/FAQ (where it also says duplicate accounts aren't allowed). Had it been not severe, you would have had a mere infraction or warning.

 

if he is banned how did he posted in the thread......or it was edited later on...

 

err did you read the whole thread?
he was banned first, later he came from other (new) ID to request for a unban for his first account.
and later got both the accounts banned
