I would like to sell my site that I have been working on for around 3 months it can be REALLY profitable, I haven't even promoted it yet and I'm still getting some traffic and new comments everyday.

The site niche is: Breast Cancer and the URL for the site is: http://is.gd/2IUW (URL is shortened because I don't want search engines to find it) keyword domain, very nice and easy to remember. The domain is 3 months old and is located on Godaddy.

The site got 50 unique articles and some informative videos handpicked from Youtube, the whole site passes Copyscape. The site also got a really nice design and is runned on Wordpress with many effective and good SEO & General other plugins. I have also included a news feed that will keep the search engines happy.

I can host the site on my hosting for 1 year if the buyer want.

What sort of earnings are you able to earn in this niche? Have you monetized at all? What sort of traffic are you getting and from what terms?

Sorry for interrupting, but I am just curious why wouldn't you want search engine to find your site? wouldn't that be good since it adds more exposure of the site?

Me and my friend started a ten site niche project for some time ago, and this site was including in this project. We did only pick good and profitable niches that would get good & steady traffic. As I haven't promoted this site yet the site got a very tiny amount of traffic. But this site should be able to make a big amount of money in adsense everyday due to the high amount of informative articles it got.

 

I'm curious then what you consider profitable - is this through adsense, affiliates, a clickbank product? Whichever, please include some info/details.
