I wanted to develop a site that focused on everything a person buying a home needs. A free short term membership model with informational/ educational content along with social features and personal, customizable tools. Tools that allow homebuyers to create custom to-do lists before, during and after buying a home. I would include vBulletin and employ specific RSS feeds for fresh content. The homebuyers to-do list category choices would mirror a directory of every conceivable resource, product, technology and ancillary service a homebuyer could ever want.

I see a need for a site, or companion, that caters to homebuyers needs while leaving out the drudgery and repetitive displaying of home listings.
