Are special characters allow anywhere in the Ad?

I see Buy dot com has a little shopping cart in front of their URL. Search "CS50" and you will see character in their ad.

No, unnecessary characters are not allowed and the ad probably will be disaproved as soon they detect it.

not sure, but I think that you can try contacting the adwords support.

Gbuy icons?

The Wall Street Journal reports that Google is indeed testing what has been rumored for a long time: a payments system designed to allow consumers to buy things from AdWords. Called GBuy, the service will place little icons next to AdWords that are in the program, and allow searchers to buy products or services right there.
