Well you can't expect a search engine expert to make a perfect web browser on the first try. That is a pretty big mistake on their part though. I guess Google feels a little invincible and they got sloppy. They must've rushed the release of Chrome in attempt to expand their market dominance.

Can't believe this! But it is new and in the BEAT Version of Chrome. Hopefully the people at Google will sort it out!

No doubt they'll sort it out. But web security should be the primary lookout even in Beta

If you're using it on your personal comp, no issues. But imagine using Chrome in office or public machines. You're leaving traces behind. I am sure hackers are feasting on it now

I think it's a serious issue. Google should take a note of it and improve its features mainly security.

I cannot believe this. What developer would let that happen. I can imagine it would be one of the 1st tests they would do!

That's why I never download the first release of any software, because there are always bugs and security problems. I think this is a major major error by google and will lose them a lot of credibility

Funny thing is I haven't seen the popular media talk about it... only a handful of blogs/news sites mentioned this even

Well, obviously the really screwed up over here. Just give them chance to rectify and come up with a better version. Luckily I've made the right decision to wait and don't jump in blindly.
