As many news and article websites state that the beta will be released tomorow (28th) for Google's PayPal-like service, are you going to switch to Gbuy? Why or Why not?

I'd switch if it offers more protection than paypal. It's very easy to get ripped off using paypal

Should I give my credit card number to a company that can't even keep a massive spammer out!!!! I don't think so!!! I'll wait a while...if I ever use them!!!!

Even without GBuy I'm sometimes scared of the amounts of data Google has about me, so I won't easily hand over more data.

Enough with the exclamation marks. And they have removed the spammer now, every website has bugs. Considering they have stood firm as a search engine over the last few years with only a few minor blips. I think they are doing pretty good, I'd like to see if their service is a nice competitor to paypal. Paypal is running a strong monopoly at the moment but if GBuy offers more protection.. that'll be interesting.

Come on! Not only google is a bigger, better trusted company, it also plans to have no fees during beta stage, and only 1%-2% thereafter.

Also, after Gbuy, Greenzap will have no chance of staying.

Here's one of the articles I found:
    Source: Webpronews

Google has not yet officially talked about Gbuy.

They are? Well, i don't trust them and at least paypal has fewer data about me which is a good thing.
No fees during beta stage? That's at least two years for free! ;)

Of course all this information is given by me, but the aggregation is scary:
Would you like a single company to know your friends (Orkut), mails (Gmail), dates (GCalendar), interests (search), shopping habits (google analytics in many major websites)?
