I have a site producing several rss xml feeds. I am looking for somebody to source rss directories and submit my feeds to them. Care must be paid to the process, submitting to the correct sub categories where required. Good specific reporting required.

You can probably download a tool like RSS Submit at http://www.dummysoftware.com and do it yourself fairly painlessly.
surfer8, yes i initially looked at that software, but the list of directories is not large, many of them are blog directories (not rss feed directories). i want a much larger span of rss directories.
From what I understand, that is the definitive list of RSS directories available. If you know of other directories out there, let us all know. =) I imagine the list will grow as RSS becomes more mainstream and sites like Google and Yahoo take up RSS listings too, but right now, thats what we have to work with. ksoft has regular updates with new sites, so that helps too.
