    For one of my site for a specific keyword, the site comes on first page of google.co.in means first 10 results, but no where till 250 result in google.com

    What can be the reason and how to achieve the result at all google servers?

    My server physical located at US.

    If the site is hosted on an Indian server then it will explain this, it has
    something to do with the google data centers.

    When you get a lot of quality indian links to your website you will rank much better in Indian than in the USA. You need a lot of quality links from websites hosted in the USA. Good luck :)
