    Its needed mimm in our busy life schedule as we continously working in front of our pc or laptop without taking even break :p Do this exercise as its free of cost :D without leaving your pc or laptop alone.

    That poem is really great for all the lazy guys and gals who just cannot do any exercise due to the overloaded schedule.

    But to remain fit and fine we must do some type of workout for keeping our muscles intact for long lasting.

    Thats cool for those it is relavent to. My ass has weights beside my pc desk and I do pushups and situps when I get bored! And I do not goto doctors! shits a waste of money!
