WTS blog making $200 per month

So here i am..

I want to sell my popular blog making nearly $200 per month from adsense only.
Its a blogspot blog. I have been looking to sell it for so much time as i dont have time to work on it. I really believe that someone can easily run this blog by hiring a post writer. The blog is related to education and careers niche.

You can make more money from this blog. Just make one post per day and you will get more traffic.

I am currently getting about 550 visitors per day. Visitors have decreased from 900 few months before as i have not worked much on it.

i added the adsense URL channel for the blog only on 8th august. This is my main blog. Others make me less than 5% of the total adsense money.

Is it this BLOG that your selling?

 

I have recieved some Pms where people are kidding.
One person offered me $80. Now isnt it a joke for me when the monthly revenue is $200.
I havnt added kontera and there's scope for adding a better blogpot theme. This would increase the revenue by $100 per month.

The starting bid is $200. I am not going to sell the blog for less than $2000.

The content is not 100% unique. But google has accepted my blog as good. There are no issues in google webmaster tools..

 

I randomly ran a copyspace on one of ur post and I found hundreds of pages with same content/papers. I think with time Google will recognize it and will penalize. So $2000 is not surely something for the blog with duplicate content.

 

Its not a new blog. I am getting good traffic for the past several months. I am making money for many months.

If google, yahoo, msn or cuil was to penalise, then it would have done it. Plus i have handled the content with care. There have been few guys who have copied me but failed - I havnt failed because i have rewritten many posts and added unique stuff.
I have done a lot of link building for the blog too.
