PLAYHITGAMES.COM- Great Traffic and site!

Hi,i'm deciding to sell my site http://playhitgames.com
The reason for me selling this is University is starting up in a week for me and i have no time to fit looking after this site in my already hectic school schedule!
I have spent lost of money and time the last few months establishing this website!
It has a custom design(not used anywhere else,i exclusively got it made)
It has many mods!
But the biggest advantage this site has is 2 GAMES
The first game is: Cake Quest- It's an exclusive license!

The wayback machine site says that this was originally a gamescript.net test site domain. When did you do the complete overhaul to phparcade??

i did the complate overhaul in early July, till then it was on gamescript( i found it to be a horrible script so i switched it to phpas)

 

can i see the Referers

 

ill bid 200, however i too must see referrers in some form of stats (i.e. you have a big spike only in the last 30+ days). You are looking for 'forward earnings' based mainly on the last month and a half, which means unless we can better understand where that traffic came from it will be hard to give you more of a bid. Hope that makes sense - please pm me a BIN you have in mind too. if you are looking for bids to climb any higher, I ask you install google analytics and publish that (even if its only for a few days of stats) so everyone feels more comfotable (site recently changed, pr1 which is likely tied to the old script means the PR will be likely gone in next update? etc).

As for the Pr1,i already had the site switched to phpas before the pr update,so it actually went down on the last update,so on the next update it should be going back up again
