The guy with user name Meridiancrest and paypal email revvenue@gmail.com scammed me$59. Just beaware of him ! Forget to post his real name: Scot Smith with different email halcyon5@gmail.com
Well thanks for concerning us about this but where is the proof that he was scammed you . Can you show some proof or Write down some more details about that . Also I think this thread wasn't started in the right place.
I paid him for service to set up through paypal on 19th Aug 2008 Amount: $59,00 USD Transaction ID: 55X58510PK2273818 But He didnt answer me afterwards even I see his activities in DP.
Quickly go to paypal Resolution Center and open dispute.. you still able to claim back your money within 45 days.. Good luck to you..
Which thread was the case to give him 59$ and Can you show us the screen shot of proof. I saw Meridiancrest Itrade but didn't find any negative feedback. Why didn't you gave him any negative itrade if he scammed you! My point is straight, when ever you are pointing someone Just show the Proof. I do believe Innocent Until Proven Guilty
Also could be guilty until proven innocent but thats for child rapists and murderers and open a dispute call paypal call creditcard company leave negative itrader make a review of him on your blog or website post it on multiple forums about the scam DO NOT UNDER ANY REASON TAKE BACK THE DISPUTE CAUSE HE SAYS HE WILL PAY U LATER

well my point was like " if a girl would abused by a guy , and she claim that towards the guy. The guy is innocent until proven guilty but actually the girl was abused, wasn't she?" So i asked wisdom786 to post some short of proof that the guy scammed him . Also he can follow what you just said including www.scam.com also try to submit as much information as you can.

is it true that Paypal will not refund for "virtual" services? like set up website, articles we purchase etc? I had an issue with a DP member, i threatened with Paypal dispute, and he said that Paypal doesn't refund on "virtual" services or goods...
