two listings, one company

my competitor has two listings in froogle and they operate under two names. how can I stop them? i've called google on this an noone was able to help.

 

I once reported a company to google, and a month later, google gave me a reply, said they would look into it, now 4 months passed, that company still list there

 

Don't worry about it - it's difficult to prove and does it say anywhere you cannot do it?

 

Thats nothing... check out all of the affiliates with their own feeds. All with the same product, description, price, page layout etc.

 

you can try for your second listing
