hi i will try to explain this in my best english example: a video from youtube on your web page, the video show a drunk ppl at a party and decide to sue you 1) if u only post a link of that video is not a problem because the content of that video is viewed on youtube page (according to EU law) 2) if u use a plugin or the embedding option to display the video on your web page(even if is hosted on youtube) there is a problem and that person can sue you the question is, what happen if the video is showed in a pop-up ?
