Hey guys, I got a copy of this Plugin [Uniquefier] sometime back, tested it on 2 of my blogs with some copy-paste articles from EzineArticles and other sources when I disable the plugin copyscape shows it as Copied content but when I enable the plugin and go to copyscape it shows the same articles 100% Unique Articles. What else.. it doesn't really change the words in the article, so no chance of getting a meaningless articles or something. The Article will remain the same which we copied from some source still it will pass CopyScape.

I just bought this latest software.
I downloaded it, unzipped it, uploaded to 3 of my sites but before activating each install I did a Copyscape on all of them. They all showed that there was at least 10 instances of duplicated content, and so there should be because everything on them is copied. I then activated all of the three installs of this software on my blogs. This software just needs to be activated, no settings to try and guess. It took a total of 5 minutes to do everything for the 3 of my blogs.

SURPRISE! SURPRISE! all of them showed I had unique content on my blogs.

I got a copy of this at the beginning, but didn't post till now as I wanted to see the results of what happened.

I put this on a blog I really wasn't using that was feeding content from a couple other blogs and article websites. The site was getting traffic but not much (5-10 uniques a day) within 4-5 days of google re-indexing the content and finding ORIGINAL/COPYSCAPE PASSED content - my uniques per day have gone up to 30-50 a day!

Yes I have spiced the things a bit

Firstly, we are not encoding the characters with their html corespondents, we are only using soft hyphen chars into the words.

A soft hyphen indicates where an optional word break may occur. When a soft hyphen breaks a word between one line and the next, a hyphen character is displayed at the end of the first line. When a soft hyphen does not break a word between lines, the hyphen must not be displayed.

Soft hyphens are vital for text that must be displayed on a tiny screen or in a narrow frame. Web browsers have no excuse for rendering them incorrectly, when they can be minimally compliant by ignoring them completely.

This means we are keeping things safer for SEO too

Also you can specify posts you don't want changed, or words.

I was already pleased with v1 but it's even better now.
There's more control on what the plugin does by excluding posts, words or phrases from modifying.

Good to see this plug keeps developing.

Ah, that's a shame - I was hoping for good things, but there are a number of issues with this new version:-

1) It hyphenates excessively at the ends of lines - just looks silly

2) It produces the most horrible spacing in Opera

3) It doesn't work with Mass Automation's Synonymizer - the screen output looks like it's using the wrong encoding

At present I've gone back to using version 1. Needs a serious rethink GoScript.

1) It has been tested by me and by others and I received no such complain
2) The hyphen is not producing spaces, the hyphen cannot produce spaces
3) I don't know how that third party script it's working, if you are using custom tags you can place then on donotchange.txt

1) At this early stage I wouldn't be surprised if no-one's commented much yet, but take a look in Firefox and you'll see what I mean.

2) Again, just try looking at a page in Opera - it tends to remove spacing between words and makes a mess of leading/kerning attributes. Horrible.

3) You produce something similar to Synonymizer yourself. The word list is too long to put into another listing - posting would probably time out! Anyway, I realise you're not responsible for other plugins, just that I didn't see that particular issue with version 1.

This version it's not free as it's a major upgrade. I have provided everyone who needed custom versions to work with third party scripts free of charge and I am still doing it.
