rather than being here, you should compile all transaction proof and send an email to your domain hoster. Tell them what happened with all the proof. Even if paypal did not reversed the payment, you are still have the chance of getting that domain back.
i agree, rather though, tell your registrar you have pushed the domain in error rather than telling them you got scammed, they wont help you if you told them you entered a 3rd party agreement/trade
