Proxy Hosting recomendation?

Hi,
I've been hosting with a lot of proxy hosts now but euhm... most don't qualify to some of the points but that's normal...
But to all proxy owners, what do you recommend from host?
MUST HAVE cPanel (So not cloakhost)

What should be great if they have:
- good support
- fast servers
- very high uptime
- live updating from awstats is allowed
- live support

Price doesn't care... it's for a huge proxy so euhm... it needs quite good bandwidth

I can only speak from experience and FDC has treated me well. With great bandwidth packages I know they offer unmetered but I have a modified plan that only has 20tb. Uptime has been 100% expect for a scheduled hardware replacement which they did on the weekend. If you teach yourself how to use putty or another clients then you dont need all the bulky control panels.

 

I'm on a VPS with 1 TeraByte bandwidth from TheNYNOC. I really like the service, they don't have live support but usually answer tickets within 12 hours which is fast enough for me.
However you have to pay extra if you want cPanel.. but I don't see the need of it. I have LXadmin, which is free, and does the job. It's not like you are using the control panel every day and LXadmin is also easy to use with a lot of features.

Good bandwidth = Can you give a quantity, as that would make it easier to recommend, shared proxy hosting, VPSes, or Dedicated servers.

I recently bought a VPS from there and the support is very good.Although I have no idea whether they provide cpanel or not

Thanks for trying us out, if you have any issues let me know as I am here to help, currently we dont have live support due to the fact my partner is out of the country returning to his family. He will be back hopefully by the end of the year. Also to inform you we will be doing server upgrades (Doubling the ram on all proxy servers) roughly in the beginning days of Nov. So if for some reason there is a slowing of the server expect that to be rectified by the first week of Nov.

noworryhosting.com offers unlimited bandwidth with every web hosting plan. They would be the best deal. Also offer reseller and dedicated hosting.

 

They allow Proxy? I thought they don't allow proxy?
