    Hosting: I can host the site for you for free for 6 months. You get 5GB SPACE/10GB BANDWIDTH.

    Traffic: 7K UV/Month+. Traffic is still growing, people are using the site. There is an admin panel, where you can add/edit/delete links. Track links, and see statistics. See who added which link (IP Address). You can add your adsense or adbrite code in the site, [ Example ]. You see where it says the site name on top of the google site, thats where your ad will appear. So everytime a person clicks a link, your ad will be displayed on top. I haven't added any adsense/adbrite, since I don't have an account with them. This site is not banned by adsense!
