Open adwords account in OTHER coutries?

    Hello,

    My ads need 3 days to get approve.

    And the live chat support(in my language) is poor, you need countless wait during chat. I think live chat support in English is great.

    I have a MCC account.

    So may I open an account in USA?

    It is hard to open account in other country name as google checks ip address when you registering/opening adwords account. You can even ask adword support about country change.
