    http://www.tophostingtoday.com/blog/ is a wordpress theme, but the rest of the site is just a normal template. If you would like a wordpress theme made to look like the normal site, then we can do this. PM me with more information!

    This is just a normal template.

    Its using plain CSS stuff - nothing too complicated / fancy in it.

    It is all complicated for me. I want to learn how do this. Right now, I have no idea how to design sites...unless they are wordpress themes :D

    If you can design templates on photoshop then you can hire someone for as low as 10$ to code it for you. Ofcourse quality comes with a higher price, but a simple website shouldnt cost very much to code.

    Well, a good way to go about it would be to.

    1) First create a 'preview' in PhotoShop.
    2) Code it in CSS + xHTML (Or hire a coder to do it - I think this sort of a template would be for about.. $30 or so - coding wise).

    Once the coder is done with the template, all you need to do is plug in the content, and your site is good to go :)
