    As one of the posters there had said, it depends if Shawn finds this a possible
    trademark infringement. Your selling the domain name here already gives him a
    ground to work on.

    If he doesn't take action on this, then I guess you can consider yourself lucky.

    I don't think Shawn is the type of man who would take legal actions as such. It's not like the blog is copying. It's basically just about DP.

    There's this thing called "likelihood of confusion", meaning people who type in
    the domain name bearing that (possible) trademark might confuse it with the
    one they've actually intended to visit. If that site especially makes money off
    that trademark, via ads or redirects to commercially competing sites or even
    selling products directly, the trademark holder can be losing out financially.

    Trademarks aim to prevent likelihood of confusion. But that's if they decide it
    is worth taking action for.

    Like most if not all things in life, it's a matter of weighing the potential rewards
    and costs of taking a certain action.
