stop the spread of the acne problem.

Another great natural cure for acne is aloe vera.
Aloe vera is well known for it's healing and moisturizing
virtues. Aloe vera is present in all kinds of skin care
products from anti-aging creams to stretch mark
treatments. Aloe vera has anti-bacterial and
anti-inflammatory properties which help fight the
rash that is often associated with acne. Aloe vera
can be found in it's natural state, in liquid form
or in cream form. However, aloe vera may be inefficient
for severe acne problems. But if you only have a

Should I buy an air humidifier?


Dehydration is one of our society's most common ills.
Lack of humidity can cause respiratory problems such as
bronchitis, aggravate pre-existing conditions such as
asthma and suck the moisture out of your furniture and
appliances and reduce their longevity. So an air
humidifier is not only good for your health, but
for your wallet also...

Another reason why a lot of people are using air
humidifiers is because of heating. Heating, especially
during winter time, can dramatically decrease the humidity
level of a room. This is the main reason why people who
use heating during the winter get chapped lips and extremely
dry skin in the morning. An air humidifier not only

Most people prefer going for chemical free humidifiers
for obvious reasons. If you are one of these people,
then you should look for a liquid-to-steam humidifier.
Some liquid-to-steam humidifiers do not use boiling water
and some do. Those who don't are called cool mist or
ultrasonic humidifiers and those who do are called
steam humidifiers or warm mist humidifiers.

One of the benefits of cool mist humidifiers is that
they are less energy consuming than steam humidifiers and
warm mist humidifiers but they are also more likely to
disperse bacteria than heat generated models. Make sure
you choose a model with a proper filter so that the mist
will be properly purified before it is released
