I'm not quite sure whether it's a list or domains either.
In some parts of the original post it sound like a list, in other parts, like actual domains.
...and the link to the past sales did not pull up any matches when I plugged it into my browser.

I have bought expired "PR" domains before, and what I have found, is they have dropped, and yes, they have the PR when you register them, but it doesn't stay unless you do some quick work! Best is to get them before they drop. GoDaddy has a lot of them. I got a PR3 that didn't drop since it was at TDNAM and it still holds domain age and rank. I also have some that I picked up after they dropped and back to zero on next update. (PR4 and PR3)
