Ordered offer 4 from Cody last week. Got my server after 50 hours Everything looks pretty good and the server is awesome . Best deal you can get!

Overall, I like the server but the support ticket is so and so..not too fast with responding. For instance,
I submitted a ticket about my DNS issue, then 12 minutes later I got a response from a staff then I reply right after that and I waited around 8 hours and still no answer so I just go search like crazy for tutorial and solve the problem myself. LoL
Also submitted a ticket today and it has been 6 hours without any response. I am not complaining since the ticket time is not over 24 hours yet but would be nice to have response within 2-3 hours after submitted.

Now, don't let that scare you away. Beside the support, the rest is awesome.

 

I still dont see how you dont allow public proxies, youre the only dedi host ive seen with that rule, and your prices are so gooood!!!

Do you have the ticket numbers I can check into? Tickets normally don't go unresponded for more than an hour unless they are categorized wrong, or were pushed into the wrong department.

 

Proxies are used 70+% of the time for illegal activity such as fraud etc. That and they spike traffic a lot which affects the ports. There are other reasons, but the thing of it is that the DC doesn't allow them.

 

If you have any unlimited bandwidth options servers..i'd like to purchase a few. I need atleast a 100MBps uplink on them. Please PM me if you have any such options.

Private proxies are protected, so only those with a username/password (for example), can access them. Public, are proxies which are free-for-all, such as all the free open web proxies (CGIProxy, PHProxy, etc.)

 

Thanks, all my ticket seems to get answer very fast now. And thanks for changing my port. I was so noob to forgot to allow my port with my new CSF before changing it.

Even though the Fully Manage doesn't come with ServerGuard Plus but I think I can follow that list and installed everything myself.

Yes, no, not at this time, and yes (legal MP3's). Uptime is SLA Guaranteed for 99.5% network uptime.

We don't allow any illegal content on the servers.

 

I too have a server with them and everything is fine with them, I'd recommend them too. But like argothiusz said, the support needs some improvements I too have tickets which are responded after 8~12 hours.

 

Most of that was due to the fact that our SMS gateway stopped working. When a critical ticket is submitted we all get SMS alerts etc so we can look into it. This held us all up as we have to constantly check for critical tickets etc. We got that fixed and are definitely back on track.
