I have got my bench to about 123lbs now for 7 reps. My 1RM is 150lbs. I don't take creatine because I'm cutting.
I started out yesterday for a light arm day doing bench, 315 x 8 Had a huge callous tear the day before though doing shrugs so could not rest the bar on my hand properly, hurt my wrist a bit BTW creatine still could be used on a cut, as it will store water weight but is easy to get rid of.
Ok this might sounds stupid but everyone says to eat egg whites ... How do you get just the egg white and wahts the best way too cook it :S All i know is if you don't cook egg right you can get pretty bad salmonela so thought it best to check with the DP pros!
Join my forum in my sig 'body building' one of the mods there Shasta would be better at helping you out than me I buy the easy to use egg whites at the store, they come in a cardboard type milk box normally, or plastic containers. You can also separate the yolk, they even make easy to use yolk separators. I always simply cook them in a pan, little spray type non stick oil, add whatever you want for flavoring, 'veggies' lean meat, cheese, etc'
So do you simply like being retarded or what exactly? Staying in shape is a bad thing? Taking 'protein powder' is bad why might I ask? Do you even know anything at all, or are you simply a jackass?
You're naturally going to have unsymmetrical bodyparts and naturally going to be bigger than the other. Like arms for example. With me, my right arm is thicker than the left arm and it can't be helped due to genetics. Everybody deals with the same thing. Some people have suggested that you should train one side more than the other that is already developed, however like I said, it's natural to be unsymmetrical. The best way to develop lats is to do it at an equal pace, equal intensity, equal sets, and what not. Exercises that I like to do during training my lats are deadlifts, barbell/DB rows, cable rows, and wide-grip style chin-ups. Make sure you do the exercises with good form as this is another contributing factor upon your success.
There are ways to try to bring them to equal sizes but my thought always is why lose size/strength on one side in order to make them equal? Unless you're a pro, I don't see the point Squatting is an excellent movement, as far as 'easy' it's also 'easy' to mess up and 'easy' to hurt yourself real bad if you don't know what you're doing.
Back when I was younger I worked in a cotton mill and nothing in this world would give you a better work out. I had a body that would have made Sylvester Stallone jealous. These days I stick to a treadmill.
